Knee Deep

If you spend a lot of time in the woods, you have noticed that the rivers and creeks have been near empty this year due to lack of rain fall. The past week here in WNC has been filled with steady rain and some downpours. It is much needed and it has filled some of my favorite places with the sound of rushing water again. I was able to get knee deep into the pool with my camera about 6 inches from the surface of the water to capture this Ultra Wide angle shot of a now bursting with life small cascade off the side of a service road near Craggy Picnic area.
